Making every student love maths.

See how I explain tricky exam questions on camera!

What do I teach?

I teach a variety of topics privately – starting from basic number theory and ending in analytic geometry for students aged 13-19. Open a paragraph of your interest to learn details!

I help pupils from Year 8 to Year 13 with their maths studies at all levels – tests, homework, consistently passing through the vital Key Stages and preparing for the nations most stressful exams – Maths General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE/IGCSE) at Year 11 and Maths A & AS-levels at year 12 and 13! I am familiar with all of the different boards – Edexcel, AQA, WJEC, SQA. I am also open to tutor a student for a chosen university private maths exam, if it demands your student to pass one.

I help students from Grade 7 to grade 12 to excel at the mathematics chapters many Americans historically struggled with – Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus and others. Upon university admission, I help students to intensely prepare for their Math SAT or ACT exams for the highest score possible.

For students who take the International Baccalaureate program to pursue worldwide university enrollment – i offer mathematics help at a Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL), MAaA and MAaI branches, preparation for both external and internal exams – to allow the student to maximise his/her diploma grade!

I am familiar with and ready to take on a student interested in pursuing worldwide maths qualifications – Leaving/Junior Certificate (Ireland), HSC/VCE (Australia) or to maximize you maths grade for enrollment in Canada. With an extra degree of preparation, I am ready to help with any other maths programme taught in English.

You may feel dizzy after reading all of these acronyms for international maths exams and qualifications – hovewer, I do believe that maths is so much more than getting a nice mark. Mathematical skills are absolutely crucial for modern day-success – that’s why I stay creative and make an emphasis on explaining relationship between maths problems and their real-life applications. I love to talk with my students about how they’ll need to quickly work out the compound interest to intelligently invest for their retirement, how probabilities are used to assess risk-to-reward ratio, how an incredibly simple concept of derivation is absolutely everywhere around us – from a speedometer to a country’s GDP chart – and so much more!

Best quality online tutoring, period.

Forget about online maths tuition with a shaky 2004 webcam and MS Paint instead of a whiteboard: I prioritise using highest quality, most modern equipment and software to engage young learners.

Ultrawide+ main monitor

49″ format for an incredible whiteboard and multitasking.

Canon EOS as a Webcam

Because distorted image never added to understanding.

A 27″ secondary monitor

Fully devoted to seeing my student (if he/she wishes to).

Mounted graphical tablet

For the whiteboard diagrams to be clear and quick.

Mounted microphone

So the student won’t have to ask to repeat twice.

Motorized adjustable desk

Because for the hardest topics I really have to stand.

Software I use

Me and my students’ main workspace is the Miro® Interactive Whiteboard integrated with Desmos® and Geogebra®. Upon your first session, I will create a private board for your teenager, where we both can write notes, easily share materials, textbooks, papers, diagrams and homework. The board will be accesible 24/7/365 even from a phone, so the tutee will always have the ability to look up an important note!

AI-Enhanced

I look towards integrating AI into my and my students’ workflow: I use language models to help me construct my mathematical models & simulations through programming. And don’t forget about the trusted AI digital handwriting recognition – allowing me to bring you a typed-out formula in a second!

Trusted by Parents. Loved by Students!

Tetiana

Parent of a year 11 student, UK

We were preparing for the GCSE exams in mathematics with Anton. He has excellent knowledge, excellent approach, lessons are lively and dynamic. Anton speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian, which was ideal for my daughter’s adaptation to an English school. I thank Anton for his work, talent, knowledge. For sharing generously and responsibly in the learning process.

Lilia

Parent of a year 10 student, UK

My daughter is a Y10 student and only after a few tuitions I have noticed great improvements: she became more confident, she is not afraid of maths tests anymore and improved her score. My daughter enjoys lessons with Anton – they are fun, but at the same time very knowledgeable. Also I like a virtual board he uses for the lessons – all worked material is there – you can easily move between topics by zooming around. Highly recommended.

Paul

A-level Student, UK

I was preparing for the A-level maths mechanics section with Anton. I went from having zero idea about what  “projectile” is to scoring B on this paper and getting an offer from Northumbria University to study economics. Anton is the…

About Me

I’m Anton, a Master’s student in Applied Mathematics at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine’s top STEM university. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Electrical Engineering. Back in school I graduated with top marks in Maths (95%) and English (98%), and I’ve been passionate about teaching ever since. From Ukraine with love

I live, work, study and pay my taxes in full in Ukraine – a country known for it’s ingenuity, determination and STEM-focused education. Where else would you find a story like Serhii Korolyov’s – an engineer putting the first man into space right after being released from Russian labour camp?

I always place myself away from the windows in times of rocket strike emergencies. And for sure, i do believe into a role the digital sector plays right now – when the ports are shelled and exports are largely halted – Ukrainian digital start-ups provide a much needed lifeline of foreign currencies in exchange for amazing services 🙂
